I would not hesitate to make this recipe under any circumstances. If regular mayonnaise is your only choice, then use it.

This spicy mayo doesn’t look like a recipe at all, but sometimes a simple combination is all it takes to transform dishes. I’m getting better at this easy homemade gravy than I thought!
