But first, let’s take a step back and talk about what exactly tea is and why there is so much confusion about its caffeine content.

Easy Chai Latte

Masala chai literally translates to “spiced tea” where “chai” means tea and “masala” refers to any combination of traditional Indian spices, usually cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper. And other spices are added.
