I finally figured out that the best way to resize Cool Whip containers is to turn them into cups!

After much searching, I discovered that the most accurate way to convert Cool Whip ounces to liters is to convert to cups.

To easily and accurately measure the Cool Whip cup by cup, I first let it cool to room temperature and press it into the measuring cup with a silicone spatula.
