When I teach middle school nutrition, these measurements always seem difficult! The US measurement system can be a little confusing, but there is a fun and easy way to teach these measurements.

So I decided to make a picture for my son to better understand. An easy way to do this is with Gallon Man. Seeing it this way helps children (and adults who may never remember) remember each other’s values.
