Did you know that there are two types of symbolic glasses? There is one for dry ingredients like sugar and flour and one for liquids like oil, water or milk.

For the flour, take a small spoon and scoop the flour into the right measuring cup. Make sure not to pack too tightly in the cup.
If you do, you will end up with too much flour, it will make your mixture dry, and your recipe may not come out right.
