Large chicken breasts (3/4 to 1 inch thick): Cook larger chicken breasts at 425°F for 23-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Medium Chicken Breasts (less than 3/4 inch thick): Cook medium chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
