Use a teaspoon to calculate. There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon. So two thirds of a tablespoon is two teaspoons. Therefore, two-thirds of a cup can be accurately measured as 10 tablespoons and two teaspoons.
It’s very easy to turn tablespoons into onions too. Again, without worrying about the dry or dry ingredients, just remember that two tablespoons make one fluid ounce.
