For the flour, you will use a small spoon and place the flour in the correct measuring cup. Remember not to force it into the cup.
If you do, you will end up with too much flour and you can leave your mixture dry and your recipe will be incorrect.

To measure your liquid ingredients, take your measuring cup and place it on a flat surface. Slowly pour your liquid in while bending over the eye to see where your liquid is being measured. An eye level is important to ensure you are measuring at the correct level.
