Problems arise when you realize that ounces are measured in weight or fluid ounces. In the case of Cool Whip, ounces are measured by weight. But the liter is a liquid measurement, which makes it difficult to change the size of Cool Whip.
Finally I realized that the best way to turn Cool Whip containers into cups!
After much searching, I discovered that the most accurate way to convert ounces to liters for CoolWhip is to convert it to cups.

“Cup” is a royal move. The standard measurement of a cup is relatively new. It was started in 1896 by Boston Cooking School director Fanny Farmer and first published in her book “The Boston Cooking School Cookbook”. Previously, it was common for recipes to use terms like a handful of rice or a generous portion of sugar. Now I know people who can cook like this. They just add the ingredients and their cooking always looks perfect. For the rest of us mortals, Fannie Farmer’s standardization was a great service.

Before you start converting, it’s important to know that US liquid cups are different from US dry cup measurements. When measuring dry ingredients, such as flour, you should use a dry measuring cup. Also, while it is sometimes impossible to level an ingredient in a liquid measuring cup, measurements in a dry cup are much more accurate. The reverse is also true.

If recipes are given in millimeters and grams, they are metric measurements.
How many liters in a gallon or cup? It all starts with careful measurement. To accurately measure dry and liquid ingredients, be sure to use a liquid measuring cup or a dry measuring cup.
